Default What is the price of gas in your neighborhood?

Just like the title says, how much are you paying?

Just dipped to $2.99 after being over $3 for a few months here in Temecula, Calif. The cheapest I remember seeing it in the last three months was $2.83.

All the way to 3.29/gal at the very cheapest station in town for the 87 octane.

Bought gas at Sam's Club yesterday, $2.99/gal for 87 octane. Everywhere else, gas was pretty much running around $3.04-$3.09 until Thursday... Now (holiday weekend) $3.39-$3.42 everywhere! It seems to be a soft truth around here in SW Ohio that if you want to get a good price on gas, buy on Wednesday, because prices jump on Thursday morning. $.39/gallon overnight?! WHY?

I saw it drop to $3.29 for about 8 hrs on Wednesday and then right back up again to $3.33 the same day here in SoCal. This is the lowest it's been in a long, long time though.

That shouldn't even be legal. It seems like I read somewhere that in Ohio, filling stations are only allowed to adjust the price of fuel once (up or down) in a 24 hour period... I need to see if I can hunt that down.
